Here is the speech that I gave the UNICEF ‘We Dare!’ high level event which was held during the COP25 in Madrid. The event was being used to launch a declaration on Children, Youth and Climate Action, specifically focused on the rights of the child to a livable planet. Michelle Bachelet gave a keynote speech, after which I spoke, and then Mary Robinson chaired a debate between six youth and six ministers. You can watch the full event here.
